Tea at Three

TEA: Iced Ceylon with Ripe Peaches and Crushed Mint
SAVORIES: Brie, Fig Butter and Caramelized Walnuts Tea Crackers

I crushed some mint using the back of a knife, sliced up small wedges of ripe peaches and added ice to my Ceylon tea. For the tea crackers, I whipped up a quick snack by topping crackers with a dollop of brie, a little fig butter and some caramelized walnuts. My method for caramelizing was to heat in a skillet, walnuts and sugar until the sugar caramelized. Then, the walnuts were transferred onto parchment paper to cool a bit. The whole thing was put together in about 5 minutes.
