Tea at Three

TEA: Iced Ceylon with Lemon Slices and Crushed Mint
SAVORIES: Goat Cheese, Cucumber, Red Onion and Fresh Dill Tea Crackers

Added sliced lemons and crushed mint along with some ice to cold brewed Ceylon tea – the same Ceylon from Bellocq. The tea cracker recipe was adapted from Martha Stewart. Very easy to make since it's basically topping a whole wheat cracker with some ingredients and there's no cooking involved, just some slicing of cucumbers, onions and chopping up of a little dill. The tea crackers were really good and I ended up making a few more after I ate the first batch.
