Chambre De Sucre

How delightful are these gourmet sugars from Chambre De Sucre? Made by hand in Japan, I discovered them through a friend who forwarded me a Gilt Taste newsletter featuring these sugars. A week later, I met Kathy, who, it turns out works for the company and was nice enough to provide me with some samples. I took some shots to show how adorable they are.

I love the idea of further elevating tea service with a touch of color and design. My favorites are the sugar balls in white and pastel green. They're so cute and perfectly round. The blue stars and pink roses would be great for kid's tea parties.
