Strawberry Mint Sparkling Tea

These fresh strawberries picked up from the farmer's market were so sweet on their own, no extra sugar was needed! I used mint tea from Le Palais des Thés.

Makes 2 cups

2 cups strawberries
1 cup chilled sparkling or seltzer water (I used my SodaStream.)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon mint tea
mint leaves (optional)

1. Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Take off heat & steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain & let cool.
2. Remove stems & chop strawberries. Combine with mint tea in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Fill half a cup with strawberry puree. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

This recipe sounds amazing! I love the combo of strawberry and mint, especially when it comes to tea.

Hi Nicole, I've also been adding some ice cubes to get it extra cold and it's so refreshing!

I've got both ingredients in my pantry so will give this a whirl this week.

This is amazing! I love it:)
