Shaken Caramel Espresso
2 espresso shots
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
1 ½ cup ice
⅓ cup half & half or milk
Put espresso, caramel sauce, and 1 cup ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake 20 times. Pour drink, including the ice into a cup. Add more ice and top with half & half or milk.

Iced Matcha Latte
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon caramel sauce or simple syrup
⅓ cup cold water
1 teaspoon matcha
1 cup ice
Put milk and caramel sauce into a cocktail shaker and shake 10-20 times. Pour into a cup and set aside.
Rinse the cocktail shaker. Put water and matcha into the shaker and shake 10-20 times.
In the cup with milk, add ice and slowly pour the matcha on top. Stir before drinking.

Affogato
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
1 espresso shot
Put ice cream into a shallow cup or mug. Create a divot in the ice cream. Make espresso and pour into the cup with ice cream. Serve immediately.
Iced Mocha with Instant Coffee
2 teaspoons instant coffee
¼ cup cold water
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup ice
Put instant coffee and water into a cup. Stir to combine. Add chocolate milk, then add ice.
Iced Dirty Chai
1-2 espresso shots
½ cup chai concentrate
½ cup milk or half & half
Splash of creamer (1-2 tablespoons)
1 cup of ice
Put espresso, chai concentrate, and milk or half & half into a cup. Stir. Add ice. Top with creamer.
To make this drink with instant coffee, replace the espresso with 1 tablespoon of espresso and ¼ cup water. Stir to combine.
