Cold brew tea is tea steeped in water in the refrigerator for a few hours. The steep time in the fridge depends on the type of tea.

Cold brewed tea makes THE BEST iced tea.  Tea is tastier, sweeter, and smoother (without any bitterness) than regular iced tea.

Is it easy to make cold brew tea?

Cold brewing tea is the easiest and the best way to make iced tea.  The only drawback is that it does take a few hours to make.

INGREDIENTS

Put tea and water in a pitcher or glass container.

STEP 1

Use loose tea or tea sachets for best results.

Cover pitcher and put in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

STEP 2

Strain out tea leaves.

STEP 3

Pour tea into a cup with or without ice.

STEP 4

Ice is optional since the tea is already chilled.
