Grind cacao nibs.Use a mini food processor to get nibs into smaller pieces. Boil water.Boil water on the stovetop or in an electric kettle (set it to 208°F). Use filtered water for a better tasting tea. Combine cacao nibs, black tea, peppermint tea, brown sugar, and hot water in a teapot.
Cover teapot and steep for 5 minutes.
Heat milk. While you're waiting for the tea to steep, make the frothed milk. Heat milk on the stovetop on low until little bubbles start to form along the sides. Pour warm milk into a French press and pump plunger. With the lid on, move the plunger up and down until milk doubles in volume. Set aside. Strain solids and pour hot tea into a cup.
Pour frothed milk on top.Optional: Garnish with fresh mint leaves or chocolate shavings from a chocolate bar.
