- 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
- 1 teaspoon passion fruit syrup
- ½ cup white cranberry strawberry juice
- ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
- ¾ cup ice
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake 10 times or until well combined.Use a large wide-mouth jar with a tight lid if you don't have a cocktail shaker. Pour drink into a cup.
- Get coconut milk in the refrigerated section instead of the ones sold in cans. The coconut milk in cans are too thick. Starbucks uses a sweetened coconut milk that's more like coconut water and the refrigerated versions are the most similar.
- Since the drink uses strawberry syrup, the freeze-dried strawberries are more decorative than for flavoring, so it's an optional garnishing ingredient and can be taken out. However, it gives the beverage the signature Pink Drink look.
- The passion fruit syrup gives the drink a slightly tangy taste and it's what makes the drink taste like the Pink Drink. You only need a little bit but it makes a big difference.
