Whisk ¼ cup heavy cream and vanilla syrup to make whipped cream. Set aside.Use a handheld milk frother to make whipped cream in seconds. ¼ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Put ⅓ cup heavy cream, milk, vanilla bean paste, homemade Frappuccino base syrup, and ice until smooth.Put ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Start the blender on low for 10 seconds, then turn it up high until smooth. Use a tamper tool to make sure the ice gets blended evenly. ⅓ cup heavy cream, ½ cup whole milk, ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste, 1 tablespoon homemade Frappuccino base syrup, 1 cup ice
Pour Frappuccino into a cup. Top with whipped cream.Serve immediately.
- The secret to making Frappuccinos just like Starbucks is the Frappuccino base syrup. Make this first and store it in the fridge to use whenever you want to make Frappuccinos.
- Using a handheld milk frother is the quickest and easiest way to make homemade whipped cream. Whisk until you get peaks in the heavy cream, which should take about 30 seconds. Whisk a few seconds longer to get stiffer peaks.
- Starbucks makes all their Frappuccinos with whole milk but you can use any milk you like.
- You can use homemade or store-bought vanilla syrup but I highly recommend making it at home since it's easy, tastes great, and costs way less.
