2-Ingredient Cold Foam

Top your iced tea with decadent cold foam with my super easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup half & half
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  • Put half & half and sugar into a tall container.
  • Whisk half & half and sugar using a handheld milk frother until it doubles in volume.
    This should take about 20 seconds. You want it to be pourable so don't whisk for too long.
  • Pour cold foam on top of an iced drink.
    Serve immediately.
