- 2 black tea bags
- ¼ cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¾ cup apricot juice
- 1 cup ice
- Use 100% apricot juice that doesn’t contain any additional sugars or sweeteners.
- Tea bags or sachets make cleanup easy and convenient but you can also use loose tea. Use 1 ½ teaspoons of black loose tea in place of 1 tea bag or sachet. For this recipe, you'll need 1 tablespoon for each 16 ounce serving.
- Apricot iced tea can be prepared in advanced and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It's best to combine the apricot juice and iced black tea right before serving.
