Chamomile Peach Iced Tea

- 1 tablespoon chamomile loose tea (or 2 tea bags or sachets)
- ½ cup hot water
- ⅔ cup peach juice
- 1 cup ice
Put chamomile tea and hot water into a teapot.Boil water on the stovetop or use an electric kettle with a temperature setting. Set water temperature to 195°F. 1 tablespoon chamomile loose tea, ½ cup hot water
Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain out chamomile solids.
Pour peach juice into the teapot.

Pour iced tea into a cup with ice.Stir before drinking. 1 cup ice
- Any peach juice can be used. I used Simply Peach. Look for peach juices with minimal ingredients and avoid getting peach punch drinks, which are loaded with sugar.
- Peach nectar can be used instead of peach juice, but it'll be a bit thicker and sweeter.
- To quickly cool down the tea, put hot tea, peach juice, and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake 10 times. Pour everything in the cocktail shaker into a cup. Add ice into the cup if needed.
