Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chamomile loose tea (or 2 tea bags or sachets)
  • ½ cup hot water
  • cup peach juice
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Put chamomile tea and hot water into a teapot.
Boil water on the stovetop or use an electric kettle with a temperature setting. Set water temperature to 195°F.
1 tablespoon chamomile loose tea, ½ cup hot water
  • Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain out chamomile solids.
  • Pour peach juice into the teapot.
    ⅔ cup peach juice
  • Pour iced tea into a cup with ice.
    Stir before drinking.
    1 cup ice

Notes

  • Any peach juice can be used. I used Simply Peach. Look for peach juices with minimal ingredients and avoid getting peach punch drinks, which are loaded with sugar.
  • Peach nectar can be used instead of peach juice, but it'll be a bit thicker and sweeter.
  • To quickly cool down the tea, put hot tea, peach juice, and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake 10 times. Pour everything in the cocktail shaker into a cup. Add ice into the cup if needed.
