  • 1 ½ tablespoons white peony tea (or 3 tea bags)
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile tea (or 2 tea bags)
  • ¾ cup grapes chopped
  • lemon peeled
  • 3 cups water cold or room temperature

Instructions

  • Put white tea, chamomile tea, grapes, and lemon into a glass container. Mash with a muddler.
  • Add water.
Stir or shake to make sure all the ingredients are touching the water.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  • Use a strainer to remove all solids.
The solids should not be left in the liquid more than 24 hours.
  • Serve with or without ice.
Cold brew tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 more days.

Notes

Don’t leave the teas and fruits in the cold brew tea more than 24 hours.
Make sure to strain out the solids from the liquid since leaving solids in the cold brew tea can accelerate bacterial growth.
