Ingredients

Cold Brew Hibiscus Tea Concentrate

  • 4 tablespoons hibiscus tea (or 6 tea bags or sachets)
  • 4 cups water cold or room temperature

Hibiscus Limeade

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 lime slices
  • cup cold brew hibiscus tea concentrate
  • ½ cup limeade

Instructions

  • Make the cold brew hibiscus tea concentrate first. Combine hibiscus tea with cold or room temperature water in a glass container.
  • Cover and refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
  • Use a strainer to remove all solids.
The hibiscus tea solids should not be left in the drink for more than 24 hours.
  • Assemble the drink by putting ice cubes and thinly sliced lime into a cup. Pour in the hibiscus tea concentrate and top with limeade.

Notes

  • If you like a sweeter drink, add more limeade than the tea concentrate.
  • This recipe works great with regular limeade or sparkling limeade.
