Homemade Apple Hibiscus Tea Gatorade

- 1 ½ teaspoons hibiscus tea (or 1 tea bag or sachet)
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of half a lemon)
- pinch salt
- 1 cup ice
Put tea into a glass container with coconut water, apple juice, lemon juice, and salt. Shake or stir to make sure the tea is in contact with the water.
Place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Strain out the solids.
To serve, pour drink into a cup with ice.
To make the purple drink seen in the photo:
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Gatorade
1 tablespoon butterfly pea flower tea
½ cup coconut water
½ cup white grape juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup of ice
Put everything but the ice into a glass container. Shake or stir to make sure the tea is in contact with the water. Place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain out the solids. To serve, pour drink into a cup with ice.

Fruity Earl Grey Tea Gatorade
1 ½ teaspoons Earl Grey tea
½ cup coconut water
½ cup guava juice
2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup of ice
Put everything but the ice into a glass container. Shake or stir to make sure the tea is in contact with the water. Place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain out the solids. To serve, pour drink into a cup with ice.
