    2 shots espresso

Notes

  • Never use lavender buds from the flower shop, because they're likely treated with pesticides. Only use food-grade lavender, which is safe to use in drinks and food. Food-grade lavender is sometimes called culinary lavender or lavender tea.
  • For the best taste, let the lavender buds steep for at least 5 minutes. You can steep it for longer for a stronger lavender taste.
  • If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can prepare this drink with instant coffee. For every 2 shots of espresso, combine 1 tablespoon of instant coffee with ¼ cup of hot water.
  • Top off the drink with lavender cold foam for even more lavender flavor.
