- 2 tablespoons jasmine green tea (or 4 tea bags/sachets)
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- ½ lemon sliced
- 6 leaves mint torn
- 4 cups water cold or room temperature
In a pitcher, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.Stir to make sure the tea leaves touch the water. Use a strainer to remove all solids. The tea, fruits, and mint should not be left in the drink more than 24 hours. Serve with or without ice.The tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Wash the raspberries, mint, and lemon before cold brewing.
- Make sure to strain out all solids (tea, fruits, herbs) after 24 hours. The drink can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 more days.
- I always use filtered water to make tea since better water means a better tasting tea.
