Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons jasmine green tea (or 4 tea bags/sachets)
  • cup raspberries
  • ½ lemon sliced
  • 6 leaves mint torn
  • 4 cups water cold or room temperature

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
Stir to make sure the tea leaves touch the water.
  • Use a strainer to remove all solids.
The tea, fruits, and mint should not be left in the drink more than 24 hours.
  • Serve with or without ice.
The tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Wash the raspberries, mint, and lemon before cold brewing.
  • Make sure to strain out all solids (tea, fruits, herbs) after 24 hours. The drink can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 more days.
  • I always use filtered water to make tea since better water means a better tasting tea.
