Ingredients

Caramel Cold Brew

Salted Cold Foam

Instructions

  • Combine half & half, vanilla syrup, and salt in a French press. Pump the French press plunger 40 times.
The half & half should double in volume. This makes the salted cold foam. Set aside.
⅓ cup half & half, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, pinch sea salt
  • Pour caramel sauce and cold brew into a cup. Add ice.
2 tablespoons caramel sauce, ¾ cup cold brew coffee, 1 cup ice
  • Top drink with cold foam.
    Stir before drinking.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade cold brew. If you're making your own, cold brew it the day before since it takes 12-15 hours.
  • If you don't have a French press, you can shake the cold foam ingredients together in a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight lid but it'll take a little bit more work.
  • If you don't have cold brew, you can make strong hot coffee then cool it down but it won't taste exactly the same as using cold brew.
