Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup using a handheld milk frother.Whisk until you get stiffer peaks, which should take about a minute. Make sure to move the handheld milk frother up and down to get air into the heavy cream. Set aside. 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Pour cinnamon syrup, espresso, and milk into a cup. Add ice.Add ingredients in this exact order. ¼ cup cinnamon syrup, 2 capsules Nespresso espresso, 1 cup milk, 1 cup ice
Top with whipped cream.Use a spoon to dollop the whipped cream on top of the drink. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the whipped cream.
1/8 teaspoon sugar, pinch ground cinnamon
- Starbucks uses 2% milk for most of their drinks. You can use any kind you like though.
- Instant coffee can be used if you don’t have espresso. Combine 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and ¼ cup of hot water to replace the 2 shots of espresso in the recipe.
- The whipped cream is made with vanilla syrup, the way Starbucks makes theirs, but you can easily swap out the vanilla syrup with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
