Sweet cinnamon syrup is added to espresso, milk, and ice to create this delicious Starbucks copycat recipe. Make this decadent drink at home in less than 5 minutes, including the freshly whipped cream!

Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte
Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte is a Starbucks cold coffee drink made with their classic espresso, Cinnamon Dolce syrup, milk, ice, whipped cream, and Cinnamon Dolce sprinkles.
Note from Jee

All lattes are made with espresso. Even though the recipe calls for 2 Nespresso capsules to make it just like the way Starbucks does, feel free to use just 1 espresso capsule to save money since we know how quickly those capsules can disappear.
I usually make this drink with 1 Nespresso Starbucks capsule and it tastes great.
Recipe Summary

- The cinnamon syrup can be homemade or store-bought. (It’s super easy to make it at home.)
- Espresso for this recipe can be made in an espresso machine or a Nespresso.

Ingredient Notes

- Espresso: Starbucks makes this drink with their signature espresso, so use Starbucks espresso to make the flavor close to theirs.
- Cinnamon syrup: Use store-bought or homemade cinnamon syrup.
- Milk: Starbucks makes this drink with 2% milk but you can use any milk you like.
- Heavy cream: This is the main ingredient to make whipped cream.
- Vanilla syrup: Use store-bought vanilla syrup or homemade. You can purchase vanilla syrup at Starbucks locations. Just ask at the register if they have any available in stock to sell you. If yes, it’ll cost $25.
- Cinnamon and sugar: To make cinnamon sugar, all you need to do is combine cinnamon and sugar.
- Ice: Make ice using filtered water for a better tasting drink.

Expert Tips
- Cinnamon syrup and vanilla syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
- The whipped cream is made with vanilla syrup, the same way Starbucks makes theirs, but you can easily swap out the vanilla syrup with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- Instant coffee can be used if you don’t have espresso. Combine 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and ¼ cup of hot water to replace the 2 shots of espresso in the recipe.
- Instead of whipped cream, make it with cold foam!
