Espresso, white chocolate sauce, and milk are shaken with ice to make this delicious Iced White Chocolate Mocha drink, just like the one at Starbucks.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha
Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup to make whipped cream. Set aside.Use a handheld milk frother to make whipped cream in seconds. ¼ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Put white chocolate sauce, espresso, and milk into a cocktail shaker. Shake 10 times.Use 2 Nespresso espresso pods or pull 2 shots from an espresso machine. If you don't have a cocktail shaker, use a jar with a tight lid. 2 capsules Nespresso espresso, 3 tablespoons white chocolate sauce, ½ cup 2% milk
Pour drink into a cup. Add ice.

Top with whipped cream.Use a spoon to add the whipped cream on top of the drink.
- Starbucks uses 2% milk to make their Iced White Mochas, but you can use any milk you like.
- Instant coffee can be used if you don't have espresso. Combine 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and ¼ cup hot water to replace the 2 shots of espresso in the recipe.
- If you don't have white chocolate sauce, replace it with sweetened condensed milk.
- The whipped cream is flavored with vanilla but if you don't have vanilla syrup, you can use 2 teaspoons of sugar.
