Frappuccino Base Syrup


  • Put water and sugar in a saucepan and simmer.
    Simmer on low heat and stir until sugar completely dissolves. Turn off heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Put cooled down simple syrup, vanilla extract, xanthan gum powder in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
  • Pour Frappuccino base syrup into an airtight container.
    Stir well before using. Use 3 tablespoons of base syrup to make a 16 ounce (2 cups) cup of Frappuccino.
